Anna Shaw is a counsel in at the Washington DC offices of Hogan Lovells, in the Intellectual Property, Media, and Technology practice. She focuses on intellectual property litigation, enforcement, counseling, portfolio management, licensing and transactional matters. She has a wide range of experience with trademark and trade dress, Internet and domain name, copyright, false advertising and unfair competition matters. Anna’s intellectual property litigation experience includes federal court litigation, Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission, and cancellation and opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. @HoganLovells
